1.What we send you
Our messages to a shop and its users fall into three kinds, and no others:
- Service messages: sign-in credentials, password resets, a subscription activated, a subscription about to expire, a shop suspended. You cannot unsubscribe from these while you hold an account, because without them you would lose access without warning.
- Documents you asked for: a receipt, an invoice, a statement, a report you requested.
- Occasional product news, only if you agreed to it, with an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
We never send advertising for other companies, and we do not pass your address to anyone who would.
2.What a shop may send through Bold Bolt
When you use Bold Bolt to reach your own customers, you must be able to say where each address or number came from. Permitted messages are those a customer expects from a business they deal with:
- a receipt, an invoice, a quote or a statement;
- a reminder that a debt is due, or that a pre-order is ready;
- an answer to something the customer asked.
3.What is forbidden
- Loading a purchased, scraped or borrowed list of contacts.
- Messaging people who never dealt with your business.
- Continuing to message someone who asked you to stop.
- Hiding who you are, or using a misleading sender name or subject.
- Sending on behalf of another business without its customers’ agreement.
- Anything the law of your country forbids, including the electronic communications rules that apply to unsolicited messages.
Breaking these rules puts our sending reputation at risk, which would hurt every other shop on the platform. So we treat it seriously: we may suspend the messaging features, and for repeated or deliberate abuse, the shop.
4.Your responsibility as a shop
You are the sender. You must have the right to contact the people in your customer list, honour a request to stop, and keep your list clean. Bold Bolt records who sent what and when, which protects you as much as it protects us.
5.Reporting abuse
If you received a message you consider spam from us or through Bold Bolt, write to support@boldredhok.tech with the message and its headers if you can. We investigate every report and reply.
